2Share your live location with a trusted contact when travelling alone, especially at night, and trust your instincts if a situation feels unsafe.
3Save emergency numbers (112 for police/medical emergencies, 181 for the Women Helpline) in your phone, not just in a note you'd need to search for.
4If you witness harassment or abuse happening to someone else, it's safer to alert authorities or draw attention than to intervene directly — bystander support saves lives.
