Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting community outreach programs
- Support counselling sessions and documentation

- Research and report on women safety issues

Psychology / Counselling Intern
3–6 months Chennai (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Assist certified counsellors during group sessions
- Support victims and survivors under supervision
- Develop psycho-educational content
- Maintain case documentation
Eligibility: Psychology / Counselling students
Communications & Content Intern
2–3 months Remote / Chennai
Responsibilities
- Create social media content and graphics
- Write blog posts, newsletters, and reports
- Assist with website content updates
- Support campaign planning and execution
Eligibility: Journalism, Media, or Communications students
HR & Operations Intern
2–4 months Chennai (On-site)
Responsibilities
- Assist in volunteer coordination and management
- Support PoSH training logistics
- Maintain volunteer and partner databases
- Help with grant documentation and reporting
Eligibility: MBA (HR) or BBA students
