Job Summary
Key Responsibilities

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with NGOs, community leaders, and other partners to execute CSR programs effectively.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track program progress, measure impact, and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the CSR budget, ensuring cost-effective and impactful program execution.
- Compliance: Ensure all CSR activities comply with legal requirements and align with company policies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of CSR initiatives, including participant feedback, success stories, and impact metrics.
- Communication: Promote CSR activities through internal and external communication channels, enhancing the organization’s reputation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, event coordination, or CSR projects is an advantage.

- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure alignment with their CSR goals and objectives.
- Proposal Creation: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to secure CSR collaborations and funding opportunities.
- Event Planning: Organize CSR events, campaigns, and workshops to promote initiatives and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track the progress and impact of CSR activities, preparing detailed reports for stakeholders and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications
