Why This Session Was Different

Unlike standard PoSH lectures, PENN Trust adopts a scenario-based, behaviour-focused learning model tailored to the organization’s workforce.

For this group, the session focused on:

  • Real workplace situations faced by security and housekeeping staff

  • Understanding what is PoSH and what is NOT PoSH

  • Professional communication, including misuse of emojis, messages, and informal language

  • Respecting physical, verbal, digital, and emotional boundaries

  • Role of witnesses — what to do if you see harassment

  • Clarifying myths around false complaints

  • Understanding how the Internal Committee (IC) works even when there is no direct evidence

  • Importance of confidentiality in PoSH cases

Customized visual scenarios and role plays, designed by PENN’s team, made the learning highly engaging and memorable.
